“ What an amazing find in the region! Got there a wednesday evening after driving and found to my surprise a beautiful outdoor terrasse. Staff was was so inviting and the atmosphere was very enjoyable! Food was very fresh and tastful, and the selection of local cider, brewed beer and fine wine was on point! Definitivily a stop if you are taking the 132 up north or back south!! ”

“ I went there 2 nights in a row while I was visiting the region, that’s how much i loved the very charming spot! First night was a themed party night inside the cabana style room. The personnel was extremely nice. They have a good selection of mocktails on top their regular selection! The music was ecclectic, but which made everyone happy at some point in the night I had a really good time! All guests present were also really nice and social which made for a fun night out! The night after we went for dinner, although the food seems a bit expensive at first glance for someone like me who is used to pay 10-20$, The portion were generous (i had the chicken kebab sandwich) and it was delicious, so I’m not mad about it The wine i tasted that evening was also very good and the personnel knew what to suggest me regarding my tastes. Although that evening was VERY busy because there was a Expozine event nearby and everybody arrived all at once, wait time was reasonable and the personnel accommodated everyone the best they could with seatings ⭐ The Buvette is located near a waterfront, although you don’t have a direct view, you can easily have a nice walk before or after dinner. The outdoor area is cute and is well situated. ”

“ A little slice of paradise next to the Trois-Pistoles wharf, with outstanding service and food made on-site with local ingredients. The warm welcome and joviality of the staff add a truly sweet touch! Their homemade ricotta lasagna with a glass of red wine for $20 was simply wow. After you've finished eating, stroll along the boardwalk to the wharf to digest at the end of the day while watching the sunset—it's magnificent. ”

“ Fantastic spot, a real gem that alone justifies a stop in Trois-Pistoles. It's beautiful, delicious, and reasonably priced for the quality of what's served. Local products are showcased, and the wine list makes you want to try everything. The service is warm and efficient. Not to mention the superb covered terrace where you can enjoy a drink by the fire—pure comfort on a rainy summer evening. ”

“ The food is excellent, with a great selection of individual or sharing dishes, inspired by the Mediterranean, or the banks of the St. Lawrence, for example. They are all very refined, and for the most part based on local or organic products. Very good wine list, from Quebec, Europe and elsewhere. We liked all those that were suggested to us. There are also local beers and ciders, and cocktails and mocktails. Very good value for money, and attentive service. The setting is pleasant, close to the quay and the riverside promenade, now with a large covered terrace. ”
